About the Role

REAP Healthcare Agents seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in an outpatient clinic setting. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and building strong relationships with our patients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to work collaboratively with our team, utilize their expertise, and grow professionally. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, conducting routine check-ups, and performing joint injections as needed.

We offer a competitive salary package that includes a base compensation of $115K per annum, plus a quarterly productivity bonus of up to $10K, making the total income potential up to $125K.

Schedule:

  • The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 7a to 5p, and we are flexible with hours.

Volumes:

  • Clinic: You can expect to see approximately 10-12 patients per day.

Call: Phone call only, with a 1:4 ratio, taken on a weekly basis.

Payer Mix: Our practice is comprised of 60% government subsidy (Medicare) and 40% private insurance.

EMR: We utilize Medent EMR system.
