Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-6 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department.
Working Conditions

The Inventory Specialist will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity required. The employee may be exposed to working in indoor, outdoor, cold, freezing, heated, and wet/humid working conditions.

The employee is frequently required to twist back and/or neck, walk on a slippery or cluttered floor surface, work with hazardous equipment, and be exposed to sharp objects. The employee is occasionally required to be exposed to loud noise, skin irritants, nuisance dust, fumes, and sprays, hazardous cleaning solutions, and other toxins.

The Inventory Specialist must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 250 pounds. The employee must also be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
