KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding service to prospects, residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and property owners.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of curb appeal and overall property aesthetics.
  • Achieve superior results in resident satisfaction surveys.
  • Comply with company policies and established operational procedures.
  • Oversee maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the community.
  • Supervise and support staff or contractors involved in property maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide training to maintenance team members or contractors on standard operating procedures.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies, including replacement parts, tools, and equipment for capital improvement projects.
  • Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring proper documentation and monitoring of departmental expenses.
  • Conduct all required inspections in line with operational procedures and preventive maintenance guidelines.
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
