Job Title: Geometric Survey Expert

Job Summary

This role involves conducting geometric surveys, analyzing spatial data, and preparing technical reports.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $72,000 and $90,000, based on experience.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement geometric surveys for construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Analyze spatial data and prepare technical reports.
  • Verify work quality through review and inspection.
  • Develop metes and bounds descriptions for boundary surveying projects.
  • Research deeds and property records.
  • Coordinate with contractors for staking and site preparation.
  • Work under the supervision of a registered land surveyor.

Essential Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Civil 3D and/or MicroStation software.
  • Ideal candidate has party chief and office technician experience.
  • Construction staking experience is preferred.
  • TxDOT experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors.
