Pruning Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Pruning Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the proper pruning and maintenance of ornamental trees and shrubs, as well as overseeing and directing the pruning crews.

• Thorough knowledge of perennials and annuals, with the ability to evaluate plant health and nutritional needs in the garden.
• Ability to identify annuals, perennials, and shrubs, and to scout and report the observation of pests and diseases in all areas of the landscape.
• Effective communication skills between customers and other team members.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Involvement in Snow Division.
