Are you a team player with excellent communication skills? As a Server Assistant at Red Lobster, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest support to our Servers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure their dining experience is memorable.
  • Set up the station for the shift, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Refill drinks, pre-buss tables, and run hot food to guests in a timely manner.
  • Provide guest support to Servers as needed, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding service.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment by following all food safety and cleanliness standards. This includes clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors.
