Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Physician Lead to join our team at Abode Care Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to residents and patients across various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and private homes.

As a Clinical Physician Lead, you will work closely with non-physician practitioners and other interprofessional team members to provide complex and geriatric care to patients. You will also be responsible for collaborating with facility leadership teams, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-quality clinical care to residents and patients across various settings
  • Collaborates with non-physician practitioners and other interprofessional team members
  • Works closely with facility leadership teams, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
  • Assumes medical directorships for skilled and/or other senior living facilities
  • Identifies new growth opportunities with skilled facilities and/or other senior living facilities

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of medicine and is a Doctor of Medicine
  • Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare
  • Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred
