The Junkluggers of Greater Mid-Michigan seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junk Removal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading customer items in accordance with state and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load, transport, and unload customer items
  • Serve as the point person in the field for both management and fellow team members
  • Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues and truck cleaning
  • Maintain and reinforce a safety culture at The Junkluggers
  • Assist in training new hires in subordinate roles
  • Provide operational support when needed

Requirements:

  • Valid MI Chauffer's driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs, repeatedly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time, including some Saturdays

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
