Position Overview:
Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time role. The position will be based in the Omak office, where the RN will deliver essential services to clients enrolled in various programs managed by the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration, Developmental Disabilities Administration, and Home and Community Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and reassessments.
  • Provide guidance and instruction to clients and care providers.
  • Coordinate care and health resources with other healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate health-related needs to inform service planning and delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • One year of experience in community-based nursing is required.
  • A valid Washington State Driver's License and auto liability insurance are necessary.
  • A reliable vehicle is required for transportation.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
