This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a growing inpatient psychiatric program, join faculty for a new psychiatry residency program, and unite with the largest behavioral health organization in the South Puget Sound region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in our 38-bed inpatient geropsych unit and 20-bed general adult inpatient psychiatric unit
  • Participate in faculty duties and contribute to the development of our new psychiatry residency program
  • Shape and guide the direction of our inpatient psychiatric program

Requirements
  • Completion of ACGME or AOA accredited psychiatry residency
  • Current ABPN board certification in psychiatry
  • Completion of geriatric psychiatry fellowship is a plus
  • At least one (1) year of experience providing mental health services to the geriatric population
  • Prior teaching experience will improve one's candidacy
