Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing patient flow, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals and patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history
  3. Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with patients via phone or in-person
  4. Collect payments and process insurance claims
  5. Perform other administrative duties as required

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $54,400 - $62,400, based on 40 hours per week and a pay rate of $13 + per hour.
