Vituity is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, California. As an Advanced Provider, you will play a critical role in improving the level of care in the Emergency Department.

  • Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
  • New grads will be considered.
  • Current national certification, DEA, ACLS and BLS are preferred.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.
  • Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available.

The Practice

John Muir Medical Center – Walnut Creek, California

  • A 572-bed hospital with a 44-bed ED and an annual ED patient volume of 64,000.
  • An acute care facility that is designated as the only Level II trauma center for Contra Costa County and portions of Solano County.
  • John Muir Medical Center-Walnut Creek Campus is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC), a national surveyor of quality patient care, is a STEMI receiving center, and an Accredited Stroke Center.

The earned hourly pay rate (reflective of the base pay rate plus applicable overtime and shift differential) for this role is $95 - $110 per hour. Please speak with a recruiter for more information.
