Position Overview

  • Perform in-process evaluations, final assessments, and testing of wiring and cable harnesses to comply with IPC-620 Class 3 standards.
  • Examine and execute acceptance testing of control boxes and various electrical/electromechanical assemblies.
  • Review completed PCB assemblies utilizing test fixtures.
  • Inspect incoming parts, subassemblies, or finished products through visual, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements.
  • Accurately document inspection and testing outcomes.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and calibration of essential equipment and instruments.
  • Assist in the development and revision of inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
  • Evaluate non-conformances and suggest initial corrective action recommendations.

Position Requirements

  • Preference for IPC 620 Certification.
  • Essential experience with wire and cable harnesses.
  • Highly desired experience with electronics, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of QA/QC experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in the use of measurement instruments.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
