Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
- Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories
- Train and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Participate in incident investigations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
- Excellent organizational skills
