Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist/CT Technologist Lead to join our team at Surepoint Emergency Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-focused healthcare services, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the radiology team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable imaging results.
  • Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of educational programs for radiology staff.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or Regional Manager.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Current ARRT License in good standing.
  • Current Texas MRT License in good standing.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • At least 2 years of Radiology and CT experience, preferably in a freestanding emergency center.
  • Exceptional technical skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
