About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Concierge to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the Bistro Area: Ensure the refreshment, music, and cleanliness standards are met, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests.
  • Perform General Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support to the community, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and other related duties.
  • Welcome and Support: Greet and assist residents, guests, and family members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive community experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with residents, guests, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
