Nurse Practitioner

Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for the evening shift. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include monitoring residents, administering medication and treatments, and documenting resident care services. You will also be responsible for protecting residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Additionally, you will resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies and assure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care. * Current State Registered Nurse RN License
* Long-Term Care experience preferred
* Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
