Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wendover Management, LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our multifamily community.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including trash removal, make-ready units, and repairs to mechanical, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager with assigned tasks and projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in maintenance software a plus.

The Maintenance Technician position is a full-time position that requires working outdoors and indoors in a variety of weather conditions. The position also requires the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
