Truss Assembler

**Job Summary**

Builders FirstSource is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in the Truss Shop. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing repetitive tasks on an assembly line to produce building material components or millwork products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assemble building material components such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses, and/or millwork products.
• Perform insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts, and other related tasks.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
