The role

This position requires a highly motivated and skilled ERP Business Process Specialist who can analyze, design, and implement ERP business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations and ensure that the ERP system is effectively supporting business needs. Your analytical skills, understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience working with ERP systems will be valuable assets in this role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience (10+ years) working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document and map current business processes to create a baseline for future improvements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.
  • Define overall ERP solution, master data plan, and delivery scope.
  • Design procurement process, order process, and logistics.
Process Optimization
We aim to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes through the ERP system to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention. You will recommend and implement process changes where applicable. Additional responsibilities include performing other related duties and assignments as required. We value strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and requirements:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, especially in areas such as finance, supply chain, and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, documentation, and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
