AP Specialist

This position is responsible for maintaining equipment inventory files, reconciling freight invoices, processing AP and Notes Payable Equipment invoices, and performing other accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and inventory management, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment inventory files
- Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling freight invoices to Purchase Order
- AP Processing: Process AP and Notes Payable Equipment invoices from manufacturers
- Rental Payments: Process quarterly rental payments to Komatsu
- Warranty Claims: Process warranty claim payments
- Kubota Group: Assist with processing invoices for the Kubota group as needed
- Other Accounting Duties: Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of accounting and accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ERP Systems
Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
Location: Various locations across the southeastern United States
