Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pearl of Hinsdale. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan and implement effective care strategies.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with inter-departmental personnel and other departments within the facility.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with established safety regulations and protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information.
Requirements
  • Current Illinois Nursing License (Required)
  • Current CPR certification (Preferred)
