Job Title: Cashier

At Hamad M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co., we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Assist customers with questions about products, prices, and store policies, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
    • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
    • Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges, resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Operate the cash register and balance the drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Follow all cash handling procedures to prevent theft and errors, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.
    • Complete daily deposits, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
