Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's or DNP degree in Nursing anesthesia
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois
• NBCRNA-National Board of Cert. & Recert for Nurse Anesthetists
• Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Illinois
