Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing collateral, including content creation and review processes.
  • Support marketing deliverables for events and webinars, including content creation and coordination.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of direct mail and email programs, including data analysis and metrics tracking.
  • Help maintain and update PNC's online presence, including social media and website content.
  • Compile internal communications and manage the marketing mailbox.
  • Develop proficiency in online tools used to manage and track marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Process invoices and perform other ad-hoc requests as defined by the manager or senior C&IB marketing leadership team.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools.
