Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant I to join our team at Atrium Health. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Nurse Aide I.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
