Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Automotive Technician to join our Commercial Diesel Service Department at St. Lucie Battery & Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and diagnosis of diesel equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair diesel equipment with proper documentation of all work performed
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure quality workmanship
  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance services to extend the life of diesel equipment
  • Quality check work after repairs to ensure vehicle is fixed correctly
  • Communicate with service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience with diesel equipment repair and maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • ASE certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and US work authorization
