We are seeking a skilled Diesel Automotive Technician to join our Commercial Diesel Service Department at St. Lucie Battery & Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and diagnosis of diesel equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately diagnose and repair diesel equipment with proper documentation of all work performed
- Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance services to extend the life of diesel equipment
- Quality check work after repairs to ensure vehicle is fixed correctly
- Communicate with service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs
- 2-3 years' experience with diesel equipment repair and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- ASE certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and US work authorization
- Competitive flat rate pay

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
