Key Responsibilities:- Perform technical and mechanical work to diagnose and repair issues with buildings, equipment, and appliances.
- Complete assigned work orders and routine upkeep tasks to maintain the property's appearance and functionality.
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing tasks such as trash removal, pressure washing, and general cleaning.
- Support cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts, practicing efficient use of materials and supplies, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident requests, answering questions, and completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation.
- HVAC Certification required (CFC Universal), with training in at least one additional specialty.
