UNC Health Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated vascular surgeon to join their team in the picturesque town of Lenoir, nestled in the heart of Western North Carolina.

We are part of the UNC Health System, which provides primary care and specialty services through thirteen medical park locations across the county. Our state-of-the-art hospital boasts 137 licensed beds and offers various medical specialties, including cardiology and interventional procedures.
Role Overview
We are recruiting for a talented vascular surgeon to capitalize on market opportunities arising from a pending retirement in the area. This full-time position will involve working two clinic days and two to three operating room days per week, with an average of eight days of call duty per month.

Our Facilities
Our practice location is at UNC Health Heart & Vascular, A Division of Caldwell Memorial Hospital, located at 401 Mulberry St. SW, Lenoir, NC 28645. This cutting-edge facility features a brand-new cath lab department with advanced procedure rooms for peripheral vascular cases.
Our existing team includes one interventional cardiologist, one medical cardiologist, and one APP, with plans to add a vascular APP once the service line expands.
