About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in our Early Weekday Mornings Part Time position. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our fitness concept, and working at our front desk to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Engaging Customers: Greet every customer who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge of our fitness concept.
  • Presentation and Sales: Present our fitness concept to interested customers, also known as intros, and work to sell memberships to help our studio thrive.
  • Front Desk Operations: Work at our front desk, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
  • Studio Tours and Introductions: Give studio tours and work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing and outreach events to help promote our studio and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

What We Offer
