This position is the first point of contact for patients or visitors, either in person or over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm welcome, address their concerns, and ensure they have a smooth experience throughout their visit.

To excel in this role, you should have at least one year of customer service experience or successful completion of a Providence internship. Having prior experience in medical offices or healthcare settings is also beneficial.

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience. Our goal is to deliver whole-person care that addresses not only physical health but also emotional and spiritual well-being.
