This is a full-time hourly role with a pay range of $7.00-$13.00 based on experience, along with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Exhibit a consistently positive and professional demeanor with colleagues and patrons.
- Adhere to all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times.
- Deliver exceptional and seamless service with enthusiasm.
- Welcome and greet guests at the bar or designated bar area.
- Verify identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol consumption.
- Craft beverages for bar patrons and fulfill drink requests for servers.
- Alert management if a guest appears to be overindulging.
- Address guest concerns in a professional and prompt manner.
- Part-time employees are eligible for: Dental, Vision, and 401k.
- Full-time employees receive: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and 401k.
- Must possess a valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to eight hours or more.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, reaching for, and carrying items weighing 20+ pounds regularly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred experience includes 6 months to 1 year in a similar role, particularly in high-volume or fine dining settings.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience/training is required.
Compensation:
$7-$13 Hourly
