Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Texas Roadhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests and team members.

• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Change water and store dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Set up and organize dish racks and remove trash to maintain a clean and efficient dishroom.
• Exhibit teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
