Overview:
We are in search of reliable and motivated individuals to fill our security officer role. The primary responsibility of the Security Officer is to ensure the safety and integrity of the community by delivering exceptional service consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome potential residents, guests, and visitors as they arrive.
- Authorize entry for permitted individuals and monitor all access points.
- Remain vigilant for any irregularities or unusual situations that may pose security risks or safety issues.
- Conduct regular security patrols of assigned areas on foot at specified intervals.
- Accurately investigate and document incidents as they occur.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Possess basic computer literacy and understanding of computer operations.
