Job Summary

The Resident Care Specialist delivers high-quality assisted living services to seniors, focusing on maximizing their individual capabilities. This role involves working closely with residents, their families, and the care team to ensure a supportive and enriching living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as dressing, toileting, and bathing
  • Read and act on 24-hour logs to ensure timely interventions
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including routine rounds and checks
  • Support residents with ambulation, meal times, and activities
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and events
  • Report changes in resident conditions to the care team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in senior services preferred
  • State-trained nursing assistant certification (if required by state)
  • CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
