We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Treasury team as a Corporate Treasury Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the firm's funding and risk management strategies, working closely with senior management and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the firm's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement incentives that support resource allocation decisions and funding plans, driving business growth and profitability.
- Provide analytical support for tenor assumptions, curve setting, and FTP policy development, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.
- Analyze and onboard new business initiatives and products, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and their impact on the firm's treasury operations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors, leveraging data-driven insights and business acumen.
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury or a related field, with a strong understanding of funding and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong commercial perspective and ability to think strategically.
