Under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the rehabilitation therapist will effectively and accurately conduct evidence-based evaluations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct evidence-based evaluations in occupational therapy

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Licensure: Active occupational therapy license in the relevant state
  • Certification: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule
  • Capability to conduct 60-minute evaluations with necessary documentation time
  • Flexible scheduling options, including morning and evening availability
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems and relevant technologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Open to feedback and interested in a supportive clinical environment
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work setting
  • Initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness are essential
COMPENSATION:
The target hourly rate for this position is $40-$45 for direct clinical services. Individual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, location, and other relevant factors.
