Finance Leadership Opportunity
Sentara Health is seeking a qualified Senior Finance Executive to join our team. This role will provide leadership through financial analysis, management, and decision support to assigned areas.

Job Responsibilities
This position will serve as a finance partner to the Transformation Office, providing financial leadership with explicit role in governance structure and support for the Sentara Health Transformation Office. The successful candidate will also provide financial guidance to assist business leaders across the enterprise on how to put forth a performance improvement idea, initiate a project, solve a complex business problem, and access resources from other divisions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Level Degree, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of Accounting/Finance experience is required, along with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Professional finance certifications may be considered in lieu of a CPA.

Compensation
This position is offered remotely for applicants within Washington State and Maryland, with a hiring range of $166,530.00 - $191,493.12 annually.
