KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Beverage Service Duties
  • Efficiently takes and processes drink orders, serving a variety of beverages to guests and staff promptly.
  • Skillfully combines ingredients to craft exceptional cocktails and drinks.
  • Handles cash transactions with accuracy, adhering to point-of-sale protocols.
  • Oversees liquor stock levels, places orders for supplies, and keeps the bar area organized.
  • Creatively displays bottles and glassware for an attractive presentation.
  • Maintains an organized cash drawer with attention to detail.
  • Sets up and breaks down bars for special events as needed.
  • Manages high volumes of drink orders with efficiency.
  • Provides assistance to team members when necessary.
Support Staff Responsibilities
  • Accurately stocks refrigeration units with wines and bottled beverages.
  • Ensures cleanliness of glasses, bar surfaces, and equipment.
  • Promptly disposes of empty bottles and waste.
  • Prepares ingredients for mixed drinks with precision.
  • Acquires knowledge of beverage service practices.
  • Supports Bartenders or Beverage Servers as required.
Beverage Server Specific Duties
  • Collects and communicates drink orders, garnishes beverages, and serves guests efficiently.
  • Calculates bills and processes payments accurately.
  • Assists with various beverage service tasks as needed.
General Responsibilities for All Roles
  • Verifies guest identification for age compliance.
  • Adheres to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Able to lift weights up to 35 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
  • May assist in food preparation, stocking, and cashier duties when required.
  • Proficient in English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a vibrant environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Must demonstrate a professional and approachable demeanor when engaging with guests.

CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess and maintain an Indiana Liquor License and be eligible for an Indiana Gaming license.
