Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team at Bodwe Professional Services Group. As a key member of our Federal Support Services Branch, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of government projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years experience managing government-related projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A solid understanding of Building Architecture, Mechanical, Building Automation Systems (BAS), Electrical, Maintenance, Structural and Fire Protection.
  • Extensive background experience, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines and standards.
  • Construction background knowledge.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
What We Offer

Bodwe Professional Services Group offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
