As a CRNA with Mercy Clinic, you will have the opportunity to practice independently and be part of a hospital-employed group of CRNAs who focus on providing an exceptional experience for patients and physicians.
Key Highlights- 58-bed hospital with a long-term and stable provider base, plus new growth opportunities
- Comprehensive outpatient surgery center in Rolla
- No trauma designation
- Seven employed CRNAs when fully staffed
- Six ORs and procedure rooms
- Independent practice with autonomy and decision-making
- Very supportive medical staff, including friendly and fun surgeons, experienced CRNAs, and supportive leadership and administration
- Eight LDRP Rooms, with the hospital performing 400 deliveries annually
- Supportive partners for difficult cases
- Strong mentorship program for new graduates
- Call will be one night per week and one weekend per month until fully staffed
- System-wide Epic EMR
- $250,000 annual guaranteed base salary
- Six weeks of paid time off, plus additional sick bank and one week for CME time off
- $75,000 commencement bonus
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and CME allowance
- Occurrence professional liability coverage
- Opportunity to occasionally work at other Mercy facilities for a change of pace, if desired
