As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary includes commission and bonus opportunities. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a simple IRA, health benefits, paid time off, flexible hours, and growth potential within the agency.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be people-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and able to work in a team environment. Prior State Farm experience and current licensure are required.
