Our Team

We are looking for a talented Staff Software Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and problem-solving. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building our platform from the ground up to serve our growing customer ecosystem.

Your Role

  • You will collaborate with our engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality code that meets business needs and scales our existing business.
  • You will contribute to technical discussions with leadership and influence the direction of our technology stack.
  • You will lead and evangelize engineering best practices, including code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
  • You will coach and mentor engineers as our team grows, promoting a growth mindset and aligning the team towards common goals.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience as a software engineer at a high-growth startup.
  • Proficiency in NestJS, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align technical ideas across teams.
  • A growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to take initiative.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000, based on experience and qualifications.
