We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Quality Control Reviewer to join our team at 2M Quality, LLC. As a Residential Quality Control Reviewer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough quality reviews of newly built homes from a customer's perspective.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be required to drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews on the scheduled day, submitting reports electronically upon completion.

Our Residential Quality Control Reviewers earn a competitive salary ranging from $75-$85 per review, with a potential increase of $10/review after an introductory period. The role requires a part-time commitment of 3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality reviews of newly built homes from a customer's perspective
  • Identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism
  • Submit reports electronically upon completion
  • Drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews on the scheduled day

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in residential construction or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
