EMT (Critical Care) Position Overview

Location: University of Vermont Medical Group, NY LLC

Position Summary:

The EMT (Critical Care) role involves delivering essential pre-hospital and hospital medical assistance to patients, adhering to established medical protocols and procedures. This position requires flexibility in working rotating shifts, focusing primarily on ambulance responses while managing other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
  • Certification as an EMT Critical Care is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a Critical Care EMT role is advantageous.
  • Preferred on-line status within the Mountain Lakes Region.
  • Must fulfill pre-employment screening and physical fitness standards.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license is required.
  • Capability to operate an ambulance is essential.
Compensation:
Minimum: $24.19 per hour
Maximum: $35.08 per hour
