Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Depatie Fluid Power. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, pulled, picked, and/or shipped.
  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
  • Pull customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
  • Open bales, crates, and other containers, and record amounts of materials or items received.
  • Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of company equipment and ensure the protection of company property and all other assets.
  • Ensure warehouse areas are clean, accessible, and safe for traffic.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
  • Verbal and written communication skills (English Required).
  • Warehouse and forklift experience.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move and carry up to 70 pounds.
  • Ability to safely mount and dismount from the back of a truck.
