Dedicated Flatbed Truck Driver Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated flatbed truck driver to join our team at Schneider National. As a dedicated flatbed truck driver, you will be hauling custom wood moldings with Conestoga flatbed and curtain side trailers. You will be driving within the Pacific Northwest, with 2-3 loads per week and multiple stop-offs per load.

**Responsibilities**

* Haul custom wood moldings with Conestoga flatbed and curtain side trailers
* Drive within the Pacific Northwest
* 2-3 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load

**Pay and Benefits**

* Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
* Weekly performance pay
* $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
* $2,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
* Paid orientation
* Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
* Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

**Qualifications**

* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
* Live within 50 miles of Sumner, WA
