  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and standards; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  • Assembly: Understand and efficiently assemble products for project-ready delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations, preferably within the HVAC or fire protection equipment industry. Must be mechanically inclined to build products before they are shipped to jobsites.
  • Certifications: OSHA Forklift Certification.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and preferred experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
