We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Motors Assembly Specialist to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical motors, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble all types of motors by reading and interpreting specification sheets, assembly drawings, and other technical documents. Perform precision assembly and testing to ensure motors meet our quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure motors meet our quality standards, including electrical and mechanical tests.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available for assembly and testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production and meet production targets.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly and testing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
