Position Overview:
Russell Tobin & Associates is collaborating with a dynamic pharmaceutical company that is seeking a Remote Associate Director Medical Writer / Medical Writer II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary medical writing expert for the creation of preclinical summaries, clinical summaries, pharmacokinetic reports, safety summaries, literature reviews, and other essential documents for regulatory submissions.
- Analyze and condense data from biostatistical summary tables.
- Collaborate with various internal departments including Biostatistics, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and R&D Management.
- Fulfill additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Must possess 3-5 years of consistent, full-time experience with a pharmaceutical organization.
- Experience in CNS/Neuroscience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and effectively lead, organize, and engage in cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- Part-time role – 20-30 hours per week.
- Position type: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.
- Compensation range: $90-114/hr based on experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
